It’s that time of year when Morinville’s collective big heart is asked to show up. Local groups are working to make sure every household in our community has a cheery holiday season—and with more families feeling the pinch this year, even a little help can make a big difference.

Tonight’s the swearing-in and inaugural meeting of Morinville’s new(ish) Town Council — the crew who’ll be steering the ship for the next four years.

An active and visually appealing downtown area is pretty critical to a healthy town, so it’s heartening to see the centre of 100 Avenue bouncing back.
